Instructions of water jet cutting machine

Ultra-high pressure waterjet is to use intensifier pump to pressurize normal tap water to 100-300Mpa in a split second. Then convert water pressure to dynamic energy through diamond orifice mount assembly. This creates a very high velocity beam of waterjet to generate high speed friction to make cutting. Abrasive jets use the beam of water exiting the orifice to accelerate abrasive particles to speed fast enough to cut through various materials.

This machine can be used in many materials cutting and has a lot of advantage than other cutting methord, no heat effected zone, narrow kerf, good edge finish and high accuracy.

Our service

1. The seller is liable for troubles resulting from performance and quality deficiency within one year. In this case the seller offer diagrams or other paper materials and solve the problems by phone, fax or email with buyers help at site of operation. Buyer is liable for troubles resulting from improper operation. In this case the buyer shall carry repair expenses and the seller shall provide timely support not later than 7 days from time of trouble. (Please see warranty for HP components' useful life)

2. The seller offer technical support for life without charge.

3. The buyer can purchase spare parts and wearing parts from parent company or its branches and agents. The prices and service fees are the same form branch to branch.
