Girder Crane

YUNLIRONG is one of the well known manufacturer of clean room crane manufacturer in Taiwan. We can offer the crane with the load weight up to 100T according to customer’s demand. The Gantry Crane has the same function as Overhead Crane but with different installation method. The rail of Gantry Crane is installed on the ground and is constructed by a set of trusses, a trolley and the columns. The trusses include the parallel saddle & the movable beam. And the trolley is to carry the main hanging machine moving on the beam.

The clean room used Crane is suitable for Class100 ~ 100000, equipped with s/steel dust-proof box and dust-proof extension sheath, the main engine can effectively prevent from powder dust and greasy dirt. The castors are made by engine plastic with s/steel material, reduce the possibility of powder dust.

The operation is based on safety. Hand-held operator is mechanical interlocked. The circuit control is also electrical interlocked. There is no complicated installation only easy, convenient and safe assembly. The service life can reach to more than 20 years under proper operation and maintenance.

The specialized equipment for clean room

Surface treatment by epoxy powder coating can reduce the static electricity and is dust-proof.

Main engine is equipped with s/steel anti-rust box and dust-proof expansion sheath to avoid the clean room being polluted by the powder dust or greasy dirt.

There is a s/steel plate mounted between the H type steel and the castors.

The castors are made by engine plastic and s/steel material to avoid the powder dust.

The safe electrical rail is equipped with anti-dust device to isolate the powder dust.

Safety Device

Both the end of horizontal and vertical rail are equipped with limit switch and baffle to avoid the dropping of the main engine.

The internal friction clutch of the hanging machine can lead to the motor idling when over weight hanging and prevent the machine body and load chain from damage.

The upper and lower limit switches will be immediately prompted to stall the motor when over weight lift. Also, there is overheating protection device to protect the motor from overheating and burning.

The emergency stop button will make the whole system power failure and will be restarted manually.

Steel Frame Material

SS400 & SS41steel with spray painting and sandblasting treatment. (SUS304 is available for customer’s choice)

We have our won sandblasting plant, the blasting grade is 2-1/2 and can remove the oil substance, rust, impurities on the steel, also strengthen the basic painting on the steel.

The basic painting is using epoxy anti-rust paint to avoid corrosion.

The surface painting is using clean room grade Epoxy paint to reduce static electricity, can resist high temperature, anti-rust, resist wind and rain.

The customer can choose the painting material.

Operation under high temperature

Heat resistance during high temperature or from high temperature back to normal temperature.
