Type QPT6528II airless sprayers are made up of the pump seat and filter, adopt the one-piece design and split quick release structure which is more convenient for the replacement of the pump seat seal. They are of high pressure, large displacement and fine structure equipped with special de-icer that will make the system not easily crash because of “frost” and keep stable and reliable running. The pneumatic pump is of low reciprocating rate, quick commutation, less wear and long service life. The new type of muffler greatly lowers the exhaust noise and “ice jam” is not easy to happen. Small pressure pulsation can assure and control the film thickness and coating quality.
