Framax filters with plates 40x40 (add plates from accessory list), of this series are built in Stainless Steel 304 and the plates are in plastic food grade material; MOPLEN™ (non-toxic polypropylene) as standard and NARYL (Naryl™ is a trademark of General Electric Company) on request.
They have been designed to filter, clarify and sterilize white and red wines, sparkling wines, olive oil, vinegar, cosmetics, natural essences, herbal products, sweet and dry liqueurs, etc.
It is possible to install a pump in Stainless Steel from Ebara, on request is possible to fit a coaxial pump with rubber impeller (N.B.R.) from LIVERANI.
On all models is possible to install the S.S plate to carry out the double filtration and the variable filtration plus the cartridge for micro filtration [a kit of valves is also required].

Supplied with adjusting inlet and outlet valves, sight glass, air discharge & Sampling points of the filtered product.

The filter is predisposed for the fitting of External channel pipes, Double filtration and Sterilization.

In case Sterilization of the filter is required we suggest to ask for NARYL™ plates to be supplied.

With an extension of the compressing screw it is possible to reduce the number of plates used of no more than 20 (example if you have press for 40 plates, by using the extension screw you can use only 20 filtering plates).
