Installation and Adjustment

() Preparation before installation

1 Make sure the main power scource is equipped with this machine at the installed place.

2 According to the adjusting holes on the bottom of the machine,carry out foundation construction.

3 After the concrete is solid, put the machine on the installed place,then adjust the adjusting bolt well.

4 During working, adjust the looseness or tightness of the wedge belt in time according to the operating situation..

Testing

1 Check whether the power source is applied with this machine or not.

2 Turn on the current,and the red power light is on.

3 Push the raising and declining button, and make test for several times

4 The large power and no-spark gauge with electric connect can not be over the pressure which is set on the instruction.

Lubrication

After a weeks work ,you should add lubricating butter,and add machine lube for each frequency elevating screw.

Attentions

It is forbidden to press the product less than 1 square meter on the working platform in order to keep the upward and downward platform out of deformation.
