Description
Spiral separator is one of the most important gravity separation machine, it consists feeding differential, tripod, feed chute, spiral chute, interception chute, collecting funnel and bracket.
Our company’s spiral separator is made of high quality glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is corrosion resistant, light in weight and long service life.
The spiral separator separate the granular mineral from the gangue by utilizing their differences in gravity and shape. When the pulp been feeding from the agitating tank to the chute, the slurry runs downward in the spiral chute. Under the effects of the gravity force and centrifugal force, the granulars with high density will be generated in the inner edge of hte chute, and the lighter ones will be flow towards to the out side. As the result, we can easily get the minerals from the collecting funnel which is installed at the bottom of the chute.
