Characteristics:

On the filtration technique of mild wine, manufacturers in China now use the filtering method of active carbon’s absorption, but with this method, the organic impurity on the wine can not meet desired request.On the wine industry at home, though there are several manufacturers has used freezing principle for wine filtering, all of them are using cold storage freezing filtering, this method needs long time for refrigeration and can notproceed continuous filtration, thus causes huge power consumption, high producing cost and low working efficiency.The SEGL fast refrigeration uninterrupted freezing filter we developed is cooling the wine to -15°C or -5°C by two stage exchanger for filtration,which has led to automatic and continuous production,high-efficiency and energy-saving, low prodution cost and high working benefit. So far we are the largest supplier for this machine and has owned independent patent right. Along with non-stop improvement on this machine, it has become reliable and easy for use.

Advantages:

1. High efficiency: Connect raw wine of 23°C~25°Cto filtering system through two stage exchanger, keep the wine at the temperature of -8°C for continuous filtration. This has achieved effective turbidness clearance and organic impurity removing. The production capacity is 3~12T/H and it can filter more than 100T raw wine continuously, which has achieved freezing filtration and scale filtration.

2.Low power consumption: Filter 100T wine continuously, the power consumption is 2.3 kw/h~5.5 kw/h. Power saving is notable, along with the increment of one time filtering volume, power consumption cost has reduced.(Mainpower consumption for this machine is on the work preparing time, one time preparing consumption has reduced along with theincrement of one time filtering volume)

3.Easy operation: Can use electric control or PLC control for the whole production process. The index of each equipment and turbidness of wine can be showed by visual tube or tester which has achieved manual control and PLC control.

4.Reliable work: The freezing filter we produced is with American or Swidish ultrathin exchanger which has big production capacity.

The refrigeration is half-closed unit from world class brand of Bitzer with big refrigeration volume. It can be regulated automatically along with temperature changing. It is stable with energy saving.

It uses the new filtration system from Swidish technology which divide into rough filter and fine filter. There are catchers on the pipe inlet and outlet to protect the machine runs properly and get rid of damage.

Except strict maintenance on the refrigeration, all other parts are durable and easy for maintenance
