Features and functions:

1. Janpan Mitsubishi PLCcontrol system,work automatically.10.4-inch touch screen,convinient to operate.
2. Automatic LOW-E glass identefying system: identify whether it is coating glass or not.
3. Three pairs of high temperature nylon brushesare driven separately by six asynchronous electric motors, and are movable, also can adjust the distence automatically according to the thickness of the glass.
4. SKF oil-free lubrication waterproof bearingavoid the oil molecular pollution to glass after cleaning.
5. Adopts acid-proof, alkali-proof and anticorrossion solid delivery wheel. The distance between wheel is adjustable according to the thickness of glass.
6. Glass drying section is equippedinclined rhombic air knife by NC bending process. Internal circulation air duct prevent from the wind pollution and save energy.
7. Adjusting the position of locating device by turning thedigital device, simple and easy.
8. Outside assemble section:hydraulic motivationmake the movement more stable. The up and down of locating frame is driven by variable frenquency motor and automatically inspect the height of glass.
9. Glass pressing section is driven by hydraulic system, the suckers are distributed regionally. The press board can be opened to450mm, convenient to maintain.
10. Two retainersguarantee the lifting effect of the glass.
11. Thestepping motoris used to process over long glass and stepped glass.
12. Outside press and insid pressis optional.
