The Glass Straightline Double Edging Production Line is dedicated for batch processing

shower room glass and architectural glass. It is made up of 3 glass straight-line double

edging machines, one straight auto-shift table, 6 floating transfer tables, 6 full-automatic

CNC horizontal drilling machines, 3 transition tables, one washing and drying machine,

which can process glass with rough, fine grinding, polishing, drilling, washing and drying in

one run.

Each machine adopts PLC control system, servo motors driven, setting parameter through

man-machine interface, features in simple operation, high automatic, high precision, high

efficiency, safety and stable.

Procedure of production:

1. Before processing, set parameter on the general operating screen, start the machine,

and put glass on the 1st double edger.

2. After processing finished by the first machine, glass comes out to the auto-shift table and

turn 90°automatically.

3. Then glass speeds up to the 1st L-type floating transfer table through a transition table,

and shifts to 2nd and 3rd transfer table respectively.

4. And after processed by the 2nd and 3rd glass double edger, glass comes into the CNC

horizontal drilling machine for drilling through transition table respectively.

5. After the 4 sides of glass finished edging, glass gets into drilling procedure. Six holes

has been set in the main control screen, two holes can be done by each drilling machine,

so six can be finished in one continual run of the production line.

6. After drilling, glass shifts into the washing and drying machine for the last working procedure.

When clean and dry glass comes out, it is called an operating period.

7. With its high efficiency, the production line gives you a processing speed of 5m/min.

8. The production line will be functional expansion if we put a cutting table or a loading

machine in front of the line, as well as connect the tempering furnace or unloading machine

in the end.
