APPLICATION

GSD series Leather Multi-drum Dyeing (lab use) is special designed for leather and fur color matching test, and satisfies the testing requirement of counterstain etc.

FEATURES

l The drum adopts the German full-isolated pump heating & circulating technology, which heat the circulating medium (water) in the interlayer of the drum, and heat up leather liquid inside the drum;

l Each two drums share one set of temperature control system with high control accuracy and large temperature range, avoid temperature unevenness of two color matching tests;

l Drum rotation speed can be regulated steplessly by frequency converter with between 0~40rpm;

l Full-featured single chip controller can perform forward & backward rotations, interval stops, stop operation , and forward & backward jogging operation;

l Stop operation for any one of drum at will during rotation;

l Special designed drum door to let drain and take sample easy, and drain clean without any residual;

l Drum body use 316# stainless steel

l Use silicone rubber O-ring, resistance to high temperature ageing and chemical corrosion, no color fade;

l Special designed anti-steam block loading hopper to avoid wounding by steam;

l Tempered glass window to let test process visible;

l V-belt driving system is stable starting and low vibration, low noise and long service life at low maintenance cost;

l Provide series products with 2- tandem, 4-tandem and 6-tandem drums are selectable.
