QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(CCC,TUV,UL)

The company has established a perfect quality assurance system,and in 2006 it passed the ISO9001

(INSTRUCTIONS):

1.Never take off the rubber plug before using and installing compressor to prevent dust and moisture.
2.Never turn down or incline the compressor during storage,transportation or installation and avoid vibration and impact.
3.Compressor must be kept horizontally during operation,and the inclination angle must be less than 5 degree.
4.The charging volume of refrigerant oil has been optimized.Do not pour out or add any refrigerant oil.
5.The interval of compressor operation must be more than 5 minutes in order to abtain a pressure balance in the system.
6.Do not start or run in the case of vaccum or high voltage charged in the compressor.Compressor can not be used to vacuumize the refrigeration syetem.
7.The design of refrigeration syetem must be suitable to ensure the oil could flow back to compressor.
8.The maximum ambient temperature of the compressor operation is 43 degree.Should not exceed the limitation of the compressor.
9.Compressor should be stored in a dry and well ventilated place.
10.Compressor accessories(eg.starting,overload protector etc.)are put in the accessories box instead of fixing on the compressor.
11.The stocking period must beless than 6 months after date of production.If longer,you have to check if the filled gas is sufficient.Replenishment must be done if necessory.
12.Do not keep the compressor connection pipe open too long.Better not more than 10 minutes.
13.R134a refrigeration syetem should use the dry filter adapted for R134a system.
14.The vacuum pump and the charging device must only dedicated to R134a.
15.Refrigeration syetem should strictly control the moisture,impurities,paraffin wax,such as silicone oil,and the content of chloride ion.
16.The organic substance non-compatible with R134a can not be used in the refrigeration syetem.
