• RDJG-IV double component glue coating machine mainly consists raw material pump ,solidifing pump ,proportioning pump ,raw material pump elevation system, proportion adjustment structure glue filling system, glue mixing system , pneumatic system ,hydraulic system and electric system

•Raw material pump ,solidifying agent pump and proportioning pump use special high pressure plunger pumps .

•Material is supplied by equal quantity from two directions ,raw material pump is driven by hydraulic system, solidiying agent pump is driven by pneumatic motor ,boosting material supply compression disk and above two pumps fully ensure full chamber feeding of fluid with high viscosity .raw material is pressed in and increased to high pressure ,soildfying agent is pressed in ,boosted and fed to proportioning pump,flow rate of solidifying agent is adjusted by proportion adjustment structure ,two components are fed into the mixer at the same time ,and reach glue gun after mixing fully
