Main Feature:

1. The whole line adopts PLC to control the working condition, 7.0 inch color touch screen makes the operation more direct and easy.
2. Processing double double glazing,triple glazing,abnormal shaped glass (with a right-angle), curtain wall glass,LOW-E glassand so on.
3. Adopts stepless frequency conversion to adjust the speed.
4. Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity working system: the running section operate in full speed and the other sections that are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.
5. The main low-voltage electrical components and transmission motor all adopts international renowned brands.
6. The whole line has two kinds of operating mode: manual operation and automatic operation.
7. Adopts automatic LOW-E glass identefying system
8. Glass washing and drying section are made of stainless steel. Three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge roller guarantee the quality of glass washing.
9. Transmission rollers are acid-alkali resisting polyurethane rollers, according to the glass thickness, transmission roller spacing can be adjusted automatically.
10. The rhombic air knife is made by CNC bending, makes the drying more convenient.
11. The pressing section is driven by hydraulic system. Two retainers effectively prevent the slide of the glass. Two press board can be opened to450mm, convenient to maintain.
12. The material of board for this machine is high density board, moisture proof, hard to distort.
