High Speed Automatic Bottle Unscrambler GLP

This high speed automatic bottle unscrambler is a part of our plastic bottle packing line. Through two independent conveyors, this high speed automatic bottle unscrambler is able to supply bottles to two production lines simultaneously. It is suitable for bottles of different specifications. An operator only needs to change the bottle unscrambling plate and adjust the bottle supplying lane for bottles of different size. If the size of the bottles is not of much difference, there would be no need to change the plates.

This machine comes with a container that is able to store 4000 plastic bottles of 60ml. A user can also adopt an escalating system to supply the container according to the number of bottles inside the container. According to the settings of the user, a photoelectric sensor can detects the bottle storage and feeds the bottles automatically into the container. With PLC, this high speed automatic bottle unscrambler can be operated as easily as you can imagine!
