Introduction

VRSH drying heater is a new generation product developed according to GMP guideline.

These series of machine are applicable for drying, sterilization and depyrogenation of bottles, tools and materials in pharmaceutical production. It could be customized according to user’s actual requirements.

Operating Principle

The door is locked firmly after loading the trays full of vials (materials) into the oven. The vials (or materials) are heated-up and by the dried hot-air with class 100 laminar flow filtered by HEPA filter installed in the oven. The steam vapor is exhausted out of the machine.

The 100 class dried hot-air flow continues recirculating up to reach a stable temperature level. The machine begins to count the sterilizing time. Afterward the dried cooling-air with class 100 laminar flow starts to recirculate in the machine. The door will open automatically when the temperature decreases to 40°C. Thus it realizes the effect of sterilizing and drying the containers (or materials).

The entire working process is controlled by the PLC control via the recipe.
