1. Description

This new type biomass steam uses our company independent research and development high efficient biomass burner and steam boiler furnace to heat. It's not only taking less fuel consumption with high efficiency but also will be the alternative to oil boiler,coal boiler, gas boiler and other boilers.

2. Full-automatic intelligent control

It is controlled by microcomputer system, running automatically. No need to have a dedicated firemen working on it. It stops automatically and shows the fault code when it encounters abnormal operation. It's convenient for examining and repairing. We select high stability of the similar products for pressure controller, safety valve etc. It's better to set multiple protective device such as low-level water, overpressure, thermal protection to make sure the safety of the steam generator.

3. Boiler structure

The boiler is used the vertical structure. It has the following features: compact structure, small size, low noise, large heating area, high thermal efficiency, easy to install, no need to install high chimney, low failure rate.

4. High efficient and energy saving

There is no smoke and ash while burning. There are only a few powder-like remains after finishing firing the fuel. They all stay in the ash-collecting chamber. It's easier to clean. Dust emission concentration is lower than the rule of GB13271-2001emission standard of boiler air pollutants. It can replace electric boiler, oil boiler, coal boiler, gas boiler and steam boiler. Low cost to run this type of boiler. It saves 10% expenses than coal boiler and saves half expenses than oil boiler. It is a kind of high efficient and energy saving thermal equipment.
