EbyTon is an experienced provider of rapid prototyping,We are cable of producing3d scanning,CNC model,SLA/SLS rapid prototypes, Silicon mould, Rapid toolingOur specialist rapid prototyping service staff uses a mixture of traditional skills and the latest technology to produce prototypes and presentation models in a wide range of materials from plastic through to metals.

We own 15 CNC Machines, 3 Vaccum Casting machines, 1 SLA machine, 1 SLS machine, and 10 assorted machines. A team of experienced craftsmen and scientific management, which stimulate EbyTon insist on professional, positive and passion, offering high quality, low cost and high efficiency prototypes to our clients worldwide.

(1).CNC prototyping,

We can process prototypes in a range of block material with max dimension up to 1800mm*1100mm*650mm, we process the work piece by cutting the unwanted material from CNC(Computer Numerical Control) equipment, normal lead time of CNC prototyping is 4-5 days. high volume production requirement, high surface and the complex shape parts are fit for this processing way. Our CNC machines can typically machine components on home appliance, medical device, car and electronic products with high quality.

(2).SLA/SLS rapid prototyping,

SLA/SLS rapid prototype fit to make the complicated and small parts. Machines we brought in are from US, EbyTon adopts 14120 photosensitive resin, they are capable of producing detailed parts with good surface finish and with high tolearance. It was appliedWhen a low number of prototypes is needed . But for larger parts, it is expensive by SLA/SLS process. So we suggest using CNC machining way which has great advantage when needs larger parts.

(3).Silicon Mould

Silicon mould is ideal for building 10 to 100 pieces out of broad range of polyurethanes and other polymers. The textures, color and profiles of the intended items will be reproduced to be loyal of the master model. Usually 4-5 days is enough for delivering in EbyTon

(4).Rapid Tooling:

Rapid Tooling mainly applies for dozens and thousands of prducts, it has advantabge in low cost, fast lead time, tight tolearance and stable performance, which can realize small batch production.
