This tire shredder system could process nylon and radial tyres automatically, the outer diameter of tyres could be maximum 1,200mm

if the outer diameter of tyre is more than 1,200mm, or even OTR tires diameter 4meter, then we need to special pre-treatment, cutting big OTR tyre into small pieces no more than 1,200mm, at the same time separating and collecting steels and fibers from waste tires.

The processing capacity could be 300-4,000kg per hour and output rubber granule could be pure 1-120mesh. With water cooling down system.

Whole system works under ambient contidion, automatically, easily operatation

In this whole system, it has automatic tire wire drawer, which could firstly draw the wire from tire bead, so we could protect the blades of tire shredders and crushers.

Then use automatic tire shredders to shred whole tires into 50mm x 50mm rubber chips, capacity could be 5Ton/Hour

After getting 50mm x 50mm rubber chips, we could further crush these 50mm x 50mm rubber chips into 6-30mesh rubber granules, and separate fibers and steels from these rubber granules

Finally we grind these 6-30mesh rubber granules into 20-100mesh rubber powders, through sieving, we get 20-30mesh, 30-40mesh, 40-60mesh, 60-100mesh,etc rubber powders,

We would use these rubber granule and powders to make rubber playground, rubber flooring, rubber mat, reclaimed rubber for rubber belt, rubber leather, rubber shoe, rubber tire, rubber asphalt modification in road surface constrution.
