to provide certain length of rubber hose

Application: For radiator hose manufacturing

Rubber material: General synthetic rubber (FKM, AEM, EPDM, ECO etc.)

Hose size: Max. φ50 × φ60 mm

Line velocity: 5.0m/min (machine specification)

Equipment configration: Rubber extruder for tube braider machine (48 strokes),

Rubber extruder for cover, Hose measuring device,

Conveyor typed cooling water tank , Printer,

Release agent coating device,

Cutting machine with haul off unit

Performing all tube extrusion, braider & cover extrusion process, together make of

stabilize production without mandrel.

Covering after braiding gets rid of contact to roller etc without disturbance of the

thready.

It in easy to change size by means of replacing mold( die, nipple) of extruder.

We adapt non-alignment type which require no need of adjustment in uneven thickness

as the head for tube.
