1.About our company	Luoyang Bearing Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.(ZYS)
	Our company was formerly known as Luoyang bearing research institute, which was founded in 1958 and was the only first-class comprehensive research institute in China bearing industry. As it became one member of China National Machinery Industry Corporation in 1999, the former institute was transformed into the science and technology enterprise. Then Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001.
	Our company is a high-tech enterprise, which focuses on the research and development of “high-tech, precise, cutting-edge, specialized and special” bearing products, which are applied to the mainframes of national economic construction in various fields and national defense construction. It was listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 002046 in 2005.
