1. FEATURES:

1) The whole set of controlling system adopts the latest micro-computer servo and operation system imported from German, with the advantage of efficient and convenient, and no need to change the printing roller.

2) The machine is flexible to be equipoped with optional functions as UV varnishing, rotary die cutting, cold foil stamping, or screen printing.The Varnishing station can be used to apply full web or spot varnishing. The rotary die cutting station with magnetic cylinder for different die cutting jobs by change the flexible die plate. With those function the machine can printing, foil stamping, UV varnishing, and die cutting in one process.

3) With PS plate intermittent printing process, the machine is suitable for different quantities of orders, and is an ideal equipment for printers to develop business of top grade adhsive label printing.

3. DESCRIPTION:

1) Unwinding unit:

With Germany BST brand web-guiding system. user can choose corona treating device according materil.

With SICK brand sensor for second pass web printing

2) Printing Unit

Pinting unit: adopting high quality and heavy offset printing unit. Assembled with 19 pieces of ink rollers (including 4pcs of Form Rollers) and 4pieces of Water rollers, has nice ink working system to avoid Streak trouble and Ghost image efficiently, largely increase the printing quality.

Shaftless transmission system: every printing unit transmitted by an independent servo motor, 14 setsof servomotors in total for whole machine (6color) to ensure the exact color registering precision during high speed operation.
