2.Working principle

With the help of motor, the shaft presses the plunger in the plunger socket through thethrust bearingslantwise arranged on itself in its rotational process. With the return spring effect, it makes theplungerstay close to the thrust bearing. The alternation of the shaft and the return spring make the plunger do reciprocating motions, then become vacuum oil-absorb below the plunger. Finally, it makes the nozzle get continuous and even pressure oil.

3. Touse hydraulic oil for65°C,kinematic viscosity for 15 ~ 50mm²/s,the diameter of the impurity is not more than 137 μ m and high quality mineral oil with a certain rust resistance, recommend No10 hydraulic oil in winter, No20 hydraulic oil in summer, when it is used in special environment, using other types of oil .
