This series vibration motor is three-phase 380V, 50HZ induction motor, enclosed, self -cooled , horizontal installation.

when the vibration motor in continuous operation ,theambient air shall not contain corrosive and explosive gases , the ambient temperature must not exceed 40 degrees .

The range of vibration frequency is large.

Main using condictions:

1, vibration acceleration: does not exceed 20g (g=9.8 M / second);

2, altitude: does not exceed 1000m, ambient temperature: less than 40 °C, relative humidity less than 90% (the temperature of 25 °C) ,otherwise can reduce power use;

3, voltage: 380V (customized)

4, the frequency of the power supply: 50/60HZ;

5, mounting type: vertical or horizontal installation;

6, adjustment range of exciting force: 0 ~ the most exciting force;

7, working mode: continuous (SI)

8, the stator winding temperature does not exceed 80K (resistance);

9, excitation power and rated current should not exceed the nameplate data, otherwise it reduce the use of the exciting force;

10, the use of the environment should be no conductive dust, flammable, explosive and corrosive gases.

Application and usage:

The series vibration motor is widely used in electricity, building materials , coal , mining , metallurgy , chemical industry, light industry, casting , petroleum and other industries .
