YZFM-540 Automatic Pre-coated Film Laminating Machine

“Huawei” brand YZFM-540 Automatic Pre-coated Film Laminating Machine is controlled by the Delta PLC. One person operates easily. High automatic equipment can shorten the time of procedure and enhance efficiency. The diameter of main pressing steel roller is 380mm. This steel roller is heated by oil. So temperature can reach 85-140ºC. This machine is equipped with film separating and punching devices.

Machine features:

1. High speed feeder

Four suction nozzles achieve high speed and high precision.

2. Laminating unit (Optional configuration: Laminating two sides)

The diameter of main pressing steel roller is 380mm. This steel roller is heated by oil. So temperature can reach 120-140ºC. This machine is equipped with film separating and punching devices. Paper overlap adopts servo technology, so the precision is high.

Be based on the requesting of customers, this machine could laminate two sides.

3. Separating unit

Separating unit adopts pneumatic device, it is automatic and live in a small area, operated easily.

4. Automatic stacker

During high speed running, with the help of paper pressed device, make delivery smoothly.
