YT Series 2 Color Flexographic Printer
Features:
- 1. Easy operation but high precision color registration.
- 2. The meter counter can set printing quantity according to the actual demands.
- 3. The printer will stop working automatically when reaches the quantity pre-set or when the material runs out.
- 4. Pneumatic printing roller lifting and lowering system.
- 5. Anilox cylinder equipped for even ink printing
- 6. Strong and reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation which will automatically break circuit when the machine stops.
- 7. 360°continuous and adjustable longitudinal registration device.
- 8. Printing speed adjustable by the motor controlled by the frequency converter.
- 9. There are Jogging/Stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack so as to make it easy operate when the plate is installed.
- 10. Magnetic powder brake installed for unwinding tension control and magnetic powder clutch for rewinding tension control.
- 11. Double unwinding & rewinding shafts available (optional)
