YA-01A2 Vertical Single cementing trough net belt laminating machine

Use:

It is used to adhesive foam, fabric, plastic leather, EVA etc. It also used to adhesive raw material ofshoemaking, making cap,handbag, box, sofa automobile seating cushion etc.

Characteristics:

1. Pressed by heat-proof ventilate mesh to add adhering strength.
2. Improve the product quality greatly and save cost.
3. For clamp roller, both hand wheel adjustment and the pneumatic control are available.
4.Surface of heating roller is coated with Teflon in order to efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization
5.It equipped with speed regulation system VVVF control, and automatic temperature control system; it also can measure the length, easy to control production output and product quality.
6.Spreading width can be momentarily designed according to the clients requirement to control the cementing amount,diameter of heating roller is optional
7. Adjust the speed of heating roller according to the working requirement,both colloid trough and heating roller can control temperature independently.
