Wood pellets refers to the fuel which is made through grinding or pressing, increasing density with raw materials like stalk, wood, straw and soild waste. after forming into pellet, the fuel boast smaller size with greater weight, high burning rate, easy to store and convenient to transport, and its size is only equal to 1/30 of the original straw with density is 0.8-1.4 g/cm3. Its calorific value can reach about 3500-5000 Kilocalorie, so it can be called as high-volatile soild fuels.
