XDLow-resistance Cyclone Dust Collector is high-level new type dust color in 1990 as it has low resistance and appropriate efficiency, the dust collecting efficiency is more than 85% when the velocity at entrance of dust collector is set at 8 to 12m/second, applicable to dust collection in fields of metallurgy, mine, power generation, building materials, chemical industry, foundry, sand-blast cleaning, grinding wheel, etc.

Due to low resistance loss and high efficiency, the XD dust collector shall be used to form grade one dust collection system to remove dust from coal-fired boiler. When lower entrance velocity is set up, the dust collecting efficiency is more than 90% and emission concentration is lower than 250mg/ m³which conforms to GB3841-83 national standard for emission of boiler fume, in the city except scenic spots, max allowable dust emission concentration is 400mg/ m³

In regarding to boiler with non-machineryblowing-in but only natural induced air in the chimney, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 3m to 4m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (20-40Pa). In regarding to boiler with mechanical blowing-in and natural induced air, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 4m to 5m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (30-50Pa).In regarding to boiler fan with mechanical blowing-in, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 8m to 12m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (100-200Pa).
