1)Within 1 Warranty Period ,maintenance and repair services are for free due to quality defects of the machine by email, &videos and we will prepare some spare parts for you before shipping . While, maintainence cost should be charged coz of artificial reason damaged

2)If you ask us to Send the technicians to debug machine only if you agree to pay for them their traveling, return-tickets, food & accommodation and visa application spending and daily cost (For daily cost of engineers , we will offer 7days for free , we should charge 120usd/day per person beyond 7days) .we will let you know how long we should take totally according to the quantity of machines that you bought, We should decide all details and receive all payments before sending.

3)Within warranty period ,We can provide the free training courses about the Operation Instruction and Daily Maintenance work when you come to china except others .
