Aluminum billet continuous casting and rolling process is imported from the eighties an advanced production technology,the basic process is aluminum-melting furnace-standing stove-in addition to gas-filter-nozzle-mill-intermediate unit-winder.Characterized by casting molten aluminum into the liquid 6-10mm thick slab,650-1850mm wide and rolling,cold rolling mill and then sent directly to finishing.so that the production of aluminum strip,not only shorten the aluminum strip production process,greatly reducing the project construction funds,but also reduces the production of metal burning,energy conservation,while easy to aichieve continuous production of aluminum strip.

Machine Brief Introduction:

Our factory manufactures two types of the continuous roll casters: the horizontal continuous roll caster and the

tilting continuous roll caster . In according with the different installed levels, the roll caster can be equipped with

optimum melting furnace,holding furnace,degasser and filter ,metal level control system, roll surface spray system

and closed loop cooling water system to meet the production process.
