Wood Chipperis used to chip wood logs, branches, twigs and other wood blocks to small wood pieces. And it is very energy-saving, high efficiency, and easy in maintenance. It is widely used in the industry of textile, paper making, pulp making, and man-made board.

The wood chips can be used in boiler as biomass fuel to enlarge the containing volume of boilers. It also can be used in the industry of board manufacturing.

Structure and features:

The wood chipper is composed of frame, inlet, blade disc, machine shell, blade and motor. According to the size request of final chips, the blade can be adjusted.

The wood log is fed into the inlet. When the log touches the blades, along with the high rotating speed of blade, small pieces of wood chips are cut from the wood logs, and it is delivered out by the wind caused by the blade disc rotating.
