Working Theory

The inner rotor of WLJseries organic fertilizer granulator rotate centrifugally with high speed,when it working.

At the same time the powder material is fed into the inner rotor by the frequency screw automatically.

Under the action of centrifugal force,the powder material rotate centrifugally with high speed in the cylinder

creating enormous friction and high temperature,in which condition

the organic powder material will have adhesiveness and be formed to ball shape.

so the processing cost is low and efficiency is high.

Working condition

1.The material should be powder shape whose size not excess 5mm.

2.The suitable moisture content of material is 30-40%.

2. How to choose a quality supplier

In Chinese market, you always get what you paid for. Lots of our Chinese competitors claimed their pellet machine has a low price, low electric power but an incredible high production. Sometime, they were even sending you a video which shows an unbelievable fast-speed pellet making process.
