RTXB Extruded Brake Roll Lining

Description:
RTXB is, a fully cured, flexible,asbestos friction material compounded with synthetic rubber. Reinforced with ceramic gridding cloth.
It is suitable for industrial applications where both high tensile strength and flexibility are required. It is possible to offset any difference on radius. This material offers excellent wear resistance and is kind to mating surfaces.

Maximum Continuous Temperature:150°
Maximum Intermittent Temperature:200°
Maximum Pressure:1.0mpa

Available Sizes:
Supplied in roll form, cut and shaped linings

Normal Roll Lengths: 10 metres (33ft) or on request
Thickness:5.0mm (0.2inch) to 20mm (0.8inch)
