Brief Introduction

Thisfish pellet extruding machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animal. It can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed, which is also called floating –feed. It is apply to the pretreatment of the animal fodder, so as to reduce loss of nutrition, advance the protein content so the fodder will be digested easier by animals.

Working principle

Taking advantage of the extruding force to expel the gas from the raw material and instead the gas with the material instantly.

The raw material get counter flow in the chamber because of the forces to increase the pressure of the extruder when the materials are mixing ,extruding,heating,gluing and gelatinization through the friction between the screw and chamber to get stitch alteration.When the gelatinized material will get inflated when the high pressure in the chamber get into normal pressure in the atmosphere .And the moisture go away rapidly when the high temperature in chamber meeting with normal temperature suddenly which caused the cellular structure of the material to enable the finished products can be cooked well and floating on the water.If customer need smaller size,can adjust the cutters to get your purpose.
