Feature:

[1]The film is designed in twill weave,that's good for prolong contact and heat exchange of water circulation and cool wind in the tower ,at the same time ,keep a more retional flow within pagoda and reduces the air resistance to a minimum .

[2]The fan is made up of 4 pieces blades which are produced using import materials ,it have stable rotation , low noise and excellent cooling effect .

[3]The cooling tower shell is made of high strength FRP which have a good corrosion resistant for natural factor and chemical substances .

Inlet water temperature :t1=37 Deg C

Outlet water temperature :t2=32 Deg C

Wet bulb temperature :TWB=28Deg C

Dry bulb temperature :TDB=31.8Deg C

Motor: Totally enclosed motor for cooling tower water .

Thermal gap pad : the high temperature resistance of imported PVC is 50 Deg C;the most high temperature resistance of imported PP.PE is 95 Deg C.

FRP:using imported cured resin , the fiber using imported alkali-free fiber .

This product is widely used for screw type industry chiller,industry chiller(air/water-cooled),screw surface treatment chiller,surface treatment dedicated freezer(air/water - cooled),central air conditioning,generator,injection molding machine etc .
