Introduction:

LPS Tire Crusher is a device to crush both diaganal and radial tyres which the outer diameter<=1200 mm into rubber blocks 50*50 mm,for facilitating the follow working.

Main Components:hopper unit,motor,reducer,

crushing chamber,screen unit and frame,etc.

1).Double shaft and twin drive shearing mentod avoid the jam of blades and reduces the force to crushing chamber.

2).Planet-gear speed reducer or cycloidal-pin gear reducer features high efficiency,low noise,small volum to lengthen the device lifetime.
