Product description of PP PE films pelletizing line :

This granulator machine is used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, or HDPE, PP flakes or PET flakes.

For plastic PP, PE films, we developed a compact pelletizing line for them. Due to the films are very soft and foamed, it’s difficult to be filled into extruder directly, even by force feeder screw, the efficiency is not good, and can be blocked. So, we integrated the most advanced technologies and cost-effective concepts for this kind of machine, we developed the PP, PE film granulating machine.

Usage PP PE films pelletizing line

This granulator machine is mainly used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, agricultural films, LDPE stretch films, LLDPE films, PP woven bags, shopping bags, and other soft PP,PE plastics.

Processing capacity is from 100kg/h to 500kg/h.

Main working flow for PP PE films pelletizing line

PP PE films pelletizing line , this granulating line is mainly consists of:

Belt conveyor: feed the clean films or bags into the cutting compactor
Metal detector:check whether there is metal in the films or bags, protect the blades of cutting compact and screws
Cutting compactor:cut the materials again and make materials shrink, then force feed the shrunk material into the extruder. For the same capacity, the power consumption is only 50% of the agglomerator.
Single screw extruder:for plasticizing the materials and exhausting the gas, it is made of 38CrMoAlA generally.
hydraulic screen changer:filter the impurities, improve the granules quality
Water ring Pelletizer:includes mould and pelleting blades, we can provide both vertical type and horizontal type.
Water cooling tank:use circular water for cooling the granules immediately after pelleting cut.
Vibration screen:to filter out non-standard pellets and get even uniform quality pellets.
Vertical dewatering machine:convey the granules helically from bottom to top, the rotary rotor and the stainless screen help to drain the water, and convey the granules out from the machine
Blower system:use the blower to blow the granules to the storage silo through the SS304 pipe.
Storage silo:for storing the final pellets.
Control system:use SUZHOU SIEMENS contactor, Omron temperature controller, ABB or FUJI inverter and China famous electrical components.
