1. Features

The production line is composed of glass transporter ,automatic glass scavenging dehydrator ,glass inspection transporter,automatic aluminum frame locating machine,binding machine,butyl extruder machine,bicomponent rubber--beating machine, molechar sieve bottler. And rotaiy rubber--spreading machine. Controlled with PLC programs. The rolling machine is also controlled with computer programs to specity different pressing time for different parts and to ensure all the frames of hollow glass are under even pressure in the whole producing process.
