Main steps :

1.Water- adding /degumming : Mix crude vegetable oil with a certain amount of water and then stir it.

This process is used to make the impurity within crude vegetable oil to absorb molecular,

precipitate and then separate.

2.Alkali refining: put edible alkali in the crude vegetable oil and then remove the impurities

as the oil and free fatty acids in the reaction.

3.Cleaning and drying.
