GF Tubular Bowl Centrifuge is used for separating various liquids which are difficult for separation, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation.

It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal force; the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid.

The centrifugal force separates a mixture of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solids, in small quantities, heavier than either liquid.

The suspension is fed through the bottom. The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from their respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator. At the same time the solids are depositedon the bowl's wall. Theaccumulatedsolid is cleaned outmanually from the bowlwith the centrifuge shut down.

The main application of the tubular centrifuge separator for oil separation:

Vegetable oil: Coconut oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil, core oil, palm oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil,

Animal oil: Fish oil and other animal oil.

Mineral oil: Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils.

Dairy Milk: Milk degrease

The throughput capacity of GF tubular centrifuge separator is up to 3000L/h.

Notice:

1. 1. The throughput capacity indicated in the table is the maximum throughput capacity. The real production capacity of the separator depends on the viscosity of the liquid to be separated.
2. 2. The feeding capacity of the centrifuge can be adjusted through a hand controlled valve between the separator and the tank of raw material. The minimum feeding capacity for all types of GF centrifuge separators should be not less than 20L/h.
