Features:

1. Suitable for clamping non-magnetic materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloys, ferrous & non ferrous metals, thinner and flat work piece that are not suitable for vise to clamp it. Also it is wide-ranging application for grinding, light milling, drilling, precise measurement, product assembly, painting etc. Custom vacuum fixture is available for customer's need, inclusive whole set vacuum pump.
2. Our vacuum set have auto-control system can control operating time automatically in order to avoid overtime running and over-heating to save operation cost for you.

Operation and Maintenance:

1. Power input: AC220V, 50/60 Hz, 1 Phase.

2. When vacuum pressure reaches to setting range, the vacuum reassure may has a little leakage occurred, this is normal situation. Automatic vacuum pressure control system makes sure the vacuum pressure is controlled between maximum and minimum working range.

3. The maximum and minimum vacuum pressure is set on the best range, please do not adjust the vacuum pressure gauge.
