1.Equipment Overview :

Oil filter is a mechanical equipment applying to filter the mixed oil which is obtained by

leaching the vegetable oil material. Filtered miscella greatly reduces the foam content in the

miscella, improving the effect of evaporation of the mixed oil, outstanding in the quality

improvement of crude oil and the comprehensive utilization of the secondary products.

The product is the new generation product which is improved based on leaching drum-type and disc filter. Because the net changes from primary square hole mesh to special stainless steel mesh,it will have longer life,faster flow and higher degree of filtrating clearance. Evaporator is not easy to be scaled.The fluid supply valve of stripping tower increases the equipment

service time and improves the refining rate. It is very convenient that the sealing cover adopts

hand wheel fastening.

2.Structural performance

HL hybrid oil filter is a horizontal type circular cylinder with left and right sealing head

supported by a support seat,and cylinder body has a number of films fixed on a hollow shaft,

and the filter plate rotates along with the hollow shaft.A number of solvent nozzles are installed on the horizontal cylinder,so the filter plate can be cleaned non-periodically.There are residue collecting bucket under the cylinder,and ZW self-suction sewage pump will push the residue back to extractor. Mixed oil imports and exports of

free gas are set at the upper barrel. Hollow shaft rotates driven by the chain driving device. At

last clean mixed oil comes together to the hollow shaft and then pulled out by pump through the awivel joint.
