V type high-efficiency mixer

Purpose and features:

(1) It is used to mix the dry-powder, granular materials with good liquidity.

(2) It consists of two asymmetric cylinders. The materials can flow as vertical and horizontal direction.The mixing uniformity will be above 99%.

(3) It can be equipped withvacuum feeding machineunder sealing state. There’s no driving structure inside and be clean, no dead corner in according with GMP standard.

Summary:

(1) In most of Pharmaceutical manufactures, V-type mixer, 2-D motion mixer and 3-D motion mixer are always feed by manpower with the large labor intensity and dust emissions, so that the workshop can’t pass through the GMP authentication. But the FH type of mixer vacuum appending machine we produced has already solved this problem. It can complete all kinds of mixers’ auto-feeding with no need of external vacuum and any other elevating equipment. Whole operation complies with GMP requirements.

(2) This device consists of suction mouth, bag filter, ramping cleaner, vacuum pump, dust recycling tank, electrical appliance, etc. The whole device features reasonable design, fine manufacture, easy to dismounting and complies with GMP requirements.
