1.UV flatbed printer don’t need plate making and hardly need the pre-process and post-process, which is not like screen printing, so it can save much cost of labor, time and material in platemaking, pre-process and post-process. Just because of this advantage, UV flatbed printer is especially suitable for single piece and small-lot production, sample printing and image effects stimulation.

2.The printed material for this equipment is pretty extensive-hard material such as glass, ceramic, ceiling, aluminum sheet, wood board, door sheet, metal panel, billboard, acrylic panel, plexiglass, paper board, foam board, Chevron board, corrugated cardboard; flexible materials such as PVC, canvas, cloth, carpet, sticky note, reflective film, leather etc. What’s more, it fits in with the thickness of printed material within 80mm by adjusting the print head height automatically. 3. Our print head adopts the latest KM1024-14PL which is the specialist print head imported from Japan. Inside the print head are there heater and temperature sensors, so auto-controlled V/T curves can meet the requirements maximally of continuous and stable printing. Also it has the double-line printing mouth with 0.07mm and the highest 1440 dpi resolution. Our printer can install up to 14 print heads.

4.We have effective crushproof system on the print head carriage, which protect the expensive print head from being damaged.

5. Our UV ink is imported original Japanese Toyo or UK Sunjet curable ink with high solidification and immediate dry(its dry time only need 0.2 seconds). It has little smell which is good for health and environment.

6. We have separate negative pressure system for ink of C M Y K Lc Lm, W and V, which completely guarantee no ink fall on printed material.

7.We have a specialist rabbling pump for the white ink to prevent it precipitating.

8.We have the main filter and secondary disc filter to prevent the inks from being blocked effectively and completely.

9.We have the gear switch and shutter equipment for the UV lamp to control UV light intensity, so non-heat-resisting materials can be printed and it also can increase the ink adhesive power on some very rigid material such as glass, ceramic etc.

10.Our working table adopt vacuum to fix the printed material on the operating platform, so all kinds of materials can be fixed easily and fast.
11.Our machine can fit in with the thickest 100 mm material and the height of the print head can be adjusted automatically by software.

12.The flatness of working table of our machine is within 0.3mm and the material is aluminum alloy that is processed by Alumilite-method which increase the corrosion and wear resistance.
13.We have the excellent lead screw rod system in the Y direction to guarantee the Y axis feed more stable and precise.

14.Our machine equips the grating scale to measure the Axis displacement during the printing, which guarantee the color process precise.

15.Our machine has the outside ink heating system when the environment temperature is below 20 Celsius degrees. So it increases the adaptability of machine to the outside environment.

16.Our machine supports the double-direction printing at X axis, so it doubles the printing speed.

17.Our machine support double-direction feed at Y axis to meet the sequence requirement for printing CMYK ink, white ink and varnish ink.
18. The modern automatic image and RIP process software with ingenious mechanism designs makes the printing operation pretty simple and easy to learn for just one single operator. The power is only about 8KW/H and it can run continuously for 24 hours.
