Seven: Work process

Step one: putting the whole tires on the ring cutter , fixing the tires on the stable of ring cutter machine, then opening PLC box, adjusting the size of cutting knives, starting to separate tires with steel and tires without steel wire

Tire with steel wire feed steel wire separator to on next steps

Step two: according to the buyers' requirement, then adjusting the size width of two cutting knives, adjusting different size of the strip width, finally making different strip size of tires strip.

Step three: directly putting strip tires to feed Block cutter machine, adjusting the size of the Rim cutter size, then making different Rim size

Step four: putting tires with steel wire to feed steel wire separator, then separating steel wire from waste tires .

Sending the steel wire to steel factory

Sending the tires to feed rubber crusher , finally getting rubber powder.

Step five: mainly machine(waste tires recycling machine)

Its includes below:

1. Rubber crusher: making big size tires into small sizes, and rubber powder

2. Vibrating screen: conveyor the big rubber rim to rubber crusher, to make rubber rim into mesh rubber powder

3. Rubber powder separating screen: separates different size of rubber powder

4. Magnetic screening equipment : separates the steel wire from rubber powder

5. Refinery crusher machine: making rubber powder into smaller pieces

3. 24-40mesh size: mainly used as rubber product, sole, asphalt road

4. 40--60 meshi size: mainly made in water proof material, reduce belt, rubber material product

5. 60--80mesh size: mainly made in rubber product, tires, rubber blanket material

6. 100-120mesh size: mainly used as special rubber products, coating, painting
