Technical requirements

1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted according to the technical condition of Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T4735-1997.

2The weld adopts manual electric arc weld, welding rod model:E4303, weld joint type and size are according to GB/T985.1-2008, weld seam height is equal to min thickness of welded piece, flange weld is as per flange standard.

3After manufacturing equipment, weld seam is with coal oil to test leakage, and the equipment is filled with water to test strength, inner heater pipe should be with water pressure test, and the test pressure is 0.75MPa(psig).

4After manufacturing equipment, outer surface should be with anti-corrosion protection, anti-corrosion grade is the strengthened grade of HGJ34-90 Design Specification of Chemical Industry Equipment, Pipeline Outer Corrosion Resistance .

5After manufacturing equipment, equipment surface should be thoroughly derusting, it paints two times of anti-rust paint outside and one time of mixed paint.

The equipment has been applied in An Steel Group Engineering Technology LLC 8.24-1Chemical 6-1 Project.
