The circularhot water is used to sterilize, the circular warm water is used to pre-cool, and the cooling water is used to cool. It is character of the low noise, accurate temperature controls, the adjustability of the sterilizing time and the automatic control system of the sterilizing temperature. The high quality stainless steel, the world famous Intralox polypropylene net belt, the high-grade spray nozzle and the Japanese and the German electricity part are applied, the entire machine quality compareswith the imported equipment.

The basic principle of this unit is that water is used as the heat exchange medium. The sterilizing water is heated through a tube type heater and is evenly sprayed on the bottle or can surface for promoting the product temperature to the sterilizing level. After sterilization, the product shall be moved to the cooling area, though spraying cold water, the product temperature is lowered down to the room temperature. All the used water shall flow back to the bottom tank for recycling.
