ZZHardmetal

is a professional manufacture of cemented carbide cutting tools. Our turning inserts for steel processing with imported raw powder materials, through a special sintering process, have a peculiar gradient cobalt-rich on surface of the substrates which can ensure the inserts’ high performance when finishing the CVD coating. Our CVD coating is the most advanced in the world. The coating materials are MT-TiCN0-Al2O3 with thickness of 14um, which have high abrasion resistance. After special management on the surface of the coating inserts, the internal stress and surfaceness of coating were reduce while cutting resistance was also cut down. Our ZPS series grade can cutting steel and alloy steel from finish machining to semi-finish and rough maching.

3,Tungsten Carbide Inserts for processing Cast Iron

The substrate of turning inserts for cutting cast iron is ultra fine grain carbitle, which is high hardness, high abrasive resistance and cutting-edge safety the inserts for cutting cast iron bear shock caused by non-uniform abscess of work-piece. The coating is CVD-MT-TiCN-Al2O3 owning ultra-high abrasive resistance. Such coating inserts can be used for dry cutting the special coating treatment can reduce the coating stress coarseness of coating surface and cutting resistence force. Grade ZPC101 is suitable for finishing mediam and roughing cutting of gray cast uron and ductile iron.
