General Description

This water filter is applicable to power station, steel water supply system, coal steam-electric plant circulatory system and every requirement filter medium, especially applicable to the superior water quality, characteristics: automatic cleaning feculence and discharging feculence, online operation, continuous production, safe operation, great capacity, low water consumption and low operation cost.

Main characteristics

Automatic filtration, automatic feculence cleaning and discharging

This water filter has many filter units, so the effective filtration area is big. (over 3 to 5 times of inlet section area)

Continuous filtration, clean every filter unit successively, small water consumption (Less than 1% of design flow), strong back-washing strength, cleaning more thoroughly, and small filtering resistance.

Convenient overhaul, no need to disassemble water filter, take out single filter cartridge directly from manhole for cleaning.

Automatical control and monitoring are realized by using PLC programmed control system with a moment overload/over-current protection device, and is provided with automatic time-control/differential pressure/manual control. The whole operation process is online monitored and controlled by the automatcal control system, and the PLC is connected with RTU control system of the power station.

Safe operation: there are safeguard and alarm indication when speed reducer motor and discharge valve over moment or exceed differential pressure.
