1.0 General Introduction

This CFB boiler which has the good performance and high reliability is deigned and manufactured according to the civil and abroad CFB boiler’s design, manufacture and operation’s successful experience mixed with the our Taishan Group’s specific characteristics. The water system is natural circulation system and the boiler adopts the whole airproof high temp. Cyclone separator whose features are high separating efficiency and reliable operation

1.2Specification and standard

The boiler’s design and manufacture are all accordance with the relative China Regulations.

2. Supply scope

1.0, General

1.1 We supply one sets CFB Boiler TG35-3.82-450 and auxiliaries.

1.2 We guarantee the equipment is brand new, advanced and reliable.

2.0 Boiler body

2.1 Boiler drum, inner device and hanging device.

2.2 Water cooling wall system including up comer, down comer, sewer pipe, connection chamber, drain pipe, exhaust pipe, valve and hanging device.

2.3 Super heater, including pipes, headers, steam connection pipes, drain pipe and valve, temperature reduce device, back wash device and hanging device.

2.4 Economizer includes pipes, header, attrition proof device, hanging system, drain pipe and valve.

2.5 Air preheater and connection air chamber

2.6 Swirl separator, back material valve, ignition burner.

2.7 Valves within boiler body.

2.8 Expansion joint

2.9 Steel frame including steel boiler frame, steel girder, boiler wall protect plate, rain proof cover.

2.10 Platform ladder includes plat form within boiler body and ladder.

2.11 Boiler wall temperature, attrition and fire proof structure is designed by seller and steel frame is within supply scope.

2.12 Boiler wall doors and holes includes man holes, check holes, test hole, ash blow holes and coking holes etc.

2.13 The boiler body pipes including the following.

2.13.1Temperature reduce water pipes includes the water temperature reduce system from feed water pipe to superheater. The valve is included.

2.13.2Other steam and water pipe includes pipe for drain, blow-down water, bleeding, and drum bleeding for emergency. Connect with main pipe for 8 meters.

2.13.3Water level gauge at site use double color water level gauge.

3.0 Measure and control

The items within scope

3.1 The following instrument and control devices are supplied

(a) Parts coupling instruments and control devices like sample pipe welded on the pipes, temperature measure part socket etc.

(b) Control device with the equipment.

(c) Pressure mete, liquid level gauge, thermometer etc.

3.2 Drum water level measure.

3.3 High efficiency ignition burner.

4.0 Spare parts

spare parts for heat surface pipes; all sizes pipes for water cooling wall, super heater and economizer, 5 meter each; two pieces gaskets for man hole of drum; Four pieces Blow off valves; Two pieces fire doors.

The circulating fluidized bed boiler has 24 types of steam boiler from 35to 480 t/h and 8types of hot water boiler from 14 to 116 MW.

The new type DZL water-fire tube shell boiler has 26 type of steam boiler from 1 to 80 t/h and 30 types of hot water boiler from 0.7 to 58 MW.

The SZL water tube boiler has 18 types of steam boiler from 2 to 20 t/h and 16types of hot water boiler from 1.4 to 14Mw.

The WNS fully-automatic oil and gas fired steel steam boiler has 15 types from 1 to 20 t/h and 13types of hot water boiler from 0.7 to 14 MW.

Various capacity oil and gas fired hot water/steam boilers based on the introduced technology from Noviter, which is a Finnish famous boiler company. The output range of hot water boilers is 1MW~116MW,which has 40 series. The output range of steam boilers is 1.5t/h~200 t/h, which has 40 series.

The fully-automatic oil and gas fired cast-iron boiler hot water has 40types from 20,000 to 2,400,000 Kcal/h and 6 types of steam boiler from 0.16 to 0.52 t/h.

Taishan Group has been approved by ASME.
